Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Personal Credit Card Use mixed with NetSuite
Is there any way to create new non-posting accounts (or if anyone has a better way) to handle mixed use credit cards?
I am trying to re-create and balance the books of a company with 2 sister companies all owned by the same person whose used 5-6 different credit cards (he loves his points). Each company charges on each of the cards and then the companies take turns writing checks for payment in an almost random fashion.
I've convinced the owner that this must stop, but I need to re-build accurate financials for this year.
My idea was to create a series of non-posting accounts so that I could account for all of the transactions and balance to the credit card statements - with only my companies charges and payments passing through to my income and balance sheet.
