Credit Card transactions not showing
Until a few days ago I would be able to see all of our credit card transactions along with checks, money orders and cash when I entered Transactions> Bank> Make Deposits. Now when I try to make a deposit the credit card transactions are not found. i am the only one who has access to this function and I did not change anything. It looks like another one of those Netsuite "opps" issues.
Customer Service told me the credit card transactions are found under Unapproved Customer Payments account. When I go to this account they are not there. I was also told for the credit card payments to be displayed on the Make Deposits page, I must mark the Undeposited Funds on the transaction record. Well funny thing - I couldn't see where this could be marked. Could anyone help me put on this? I haven't been able to do a credit card deposit in Netsuite for almost a week. The majority of our sales transactions are by credit card.
