Phantom Inventory Adjustments!?!
Hey All!
We just noticed something REALLY screwy. When we create a new item, Netsuite is creating an inventory adjustment with 0 quantity with an enormous Amount attached to it to our opening balances account. It's screwing up our accounting.
For instance, I created a new item on May 25 with no financials attached. Netsuite created an inventory adjustment with 0 quantity to an unused location for an amount of $173,805.30. The next day we issued a PO for it for less than $9K total.
Why is this being created and how do I stop it?
