Uncleared Credit Card Transactions

edited Nov 26, 2019 8:57AM in Accounting / ERP 5 comments

There are transactions on the Reconciliation Detail Report (credit card) that are showing as unreconciled and uncleared but I can't reconcile them. They don't show up as transactions available to be cleared.  The transactions, dated in 2005 and 2007, are 4 bills and 1 check. The account had not been reconciled for several years so I reconciled it as of the January 2012 statement date.  I tried manually clearing them in the register but that did not solve the problem as they showed up as unreconciled and cleared.

The same problem was posted in July 2010 with the solution being the reconciliation had not been saved. That is not the issue in this case. Any suggestions?

Howdy, Stranger!
