Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Major fail!!!!
Really disgusted with netsuite bank reconciliation at this point.
Really? We paid nearly a $mil for something and they give us this for a bank reconciliation? Seriously?
In Sage it took us literally an hour to reconcile, in netsuite we're more than a week into it.
The biggest issue is that deposits you need to reconcile EVERY SINGLE freaking transaction. Here's the problem, we do ACH, lockbox and check deposits daily. We have 800+ lockbox checks daily, about 200 checks daily, ACH up to 1500 in a batch. That is a huge amount of clicking. You cannot reconcile a range of transactions, in Sage we could say clear from check 1000 to 2000 and BOOM done! Netsuite you sit there for hours clicking. This is stupid beyond comprehension.
