Manager Commission - Basic Question
I'm hoping someone can help me with a basic question about setting up a Manager Commission. In our business model, ours sales reps receive a 10% commission on sales they close. Our sales managers receive a 10% commission on sales they close, plus a 2% override on sales that are closed by their direct reports.
When I set up a Manager Commission in NS for the 2% override, it correctly calculates the 2% for the sales by a Manager's direct reports, but it incorrectly (unintentionally?) also applies a 2% override to sales by the Sales Manager. In other words, direct sales closed by the Sales Manager show a 10% commission plus a 2% override when they should only show a 10% commission.
