Commissions on downloads?
We purchased the Incentive Compensation Module to track royalties we need to pay to our writers and other creative department employees on the advice of our sales rep. Unfortunately, I don't see any of our downloadable products in the list when I try and create the commission schedules/plans.
Does anyone else use commissions on downloadable items? If you do, is there something that needs to be enabled to make them available to the commission process? Or is this impossible and I need to dump the expense of this module and continue the manual processing?
Any help would be appreciated.
