Pay commission on full amount of invoice, regardless of credits?

We issue lots of credits to our customers for various reasons. We apply their credits to their invoices. However, I want my reps to be paid on the FULL amount of the invoice, regardless of credits deducted.

For example, if the invoice is for $100, but a credit of $25 is applied, NS currently calculates commission on $75. But I want the rep to receive commission on the full $100.

Is this possible?
