Commision on parent partner and sub partners

Hi, I being trying to set up a Partner that gets commisions out of all sales made by their sub-partners (something like the "Manager Schedule" on the Employee Schedules but for partners).

I have created 2 Partners schedules, one for the Parent Partner (that has a certain comission schema) and a second for the sub-partner partners (that has other).

cannot figure it out whats wrong, but cannot make it to work. is this possible in the first place? is the reason of "sub-partnership" ment for commision distribution?

any help would be apreciate it.
