Transactions imported from Quickbooks can't be used in commissions
Case 887942 tracking this issue.
I just found out (< 24 hours before I'm supposed to be cutting commission checks) that all our Quickbooks imported transactions are being ignored by the commission system. I'm going through the usual steps with support to try and get the severity increased, but you all know how that goes.
I'm hoping that some of the NetSuite Commission guys that frequent this UG can comment if there is anything at all they can think of that would fix this. As you can see from the case notes we have tried several different things to get this resolved.
