Half-year plans
I am trying to figure out how to set up a halfyear plan/quota. We have a department dealing with newer product lines and we gave them a 1st half quota and a 2nd half quota. The first half was easy. I set up a plan consisting of the appropriate schedule with a start and end date for the first half and gave them a quota.
Then I set up the second half with the second half start and end dates and appropriate schedules. The problem is, the commission report clearly did not reset the performance against quota back to $0.
