Linear commission/refund
We have a linear commission schedule, and I'm wondering how NS handles refunds- following is my example:
Sales Commission %
0-10,000 5%
10,000-12,000 10%
Commission are paid on a monthly basis, based on collections. If the sales rep has sales of $10,200 for September, and subsequently we issue a refund of $500 in October for a September sale, does the scale change for September, or does the refund simply apply to October's sales figures and keep the September scale at 10%?
