Multiple sales reps without team selling

We have AEs (Account Executives) & SEs (Sales Engineers) that each have separate commissions schedules.  On any given sell one or both of these could be eligible for a commission.  If I use team selling I have to split the commission based on the percentage of the primary’s commission schedule.  Is there a way to pay 2 sales people a commission on the same transaction based on separate schedules?
