Incorrect Commission Calculations Causing Short Payments
I have a customer who has had commissions remain ineligible even though according to the schedule and plan assigned to the partner they should have been eligible. This is causing a short-payment of commissions to her partners which is obviously not good for business. I filed a case about this back in December (Case #981006) but because we had caused a recalculation prior to calling NetSuite support, the case was closed because we could not show the issue. I was asked to contact NS support again if the problem reproduced itself. I now have case #1111897 but am being told
