Team Selling and Commissions

edited Jul 13, 2012 10:08AM in Commissions 1 comment

Hi,

We are trying to put two sales reps on a customer, in which both their contributions are 100%.

We setup two sales roles for both our product lines and we checked off the box called "sales rep" so that at any given time either could be the primary rep on the customer.

The problem is, if we do that it won't allow contribution greater than 100% if both the sales roles have the "sales rep" box checked. The documentation says to use adjustment reps but it doesn't state how these adjustment reps tie to commission.

Any ideas?

Howdy, Stranger!
