Paying Commission based on Profit only

edited Jul 26, 2011 5:17PM in Commissions 1 comment

I am trying to pay commission to a sales rep based on profit only. Here is what I have done and it still calculates based on the total amount of the product. :h_a_w:

Commission on Inventory Total Profit per Transaction Line Item > Categorized by Items > Eligible Amount: Collection > Inventory Commission Base on Profit.
Profit Amount 0 = 0%
Profit Amount 100 = 44%

When I did the computation based on our original scenario: Sales = 924, Cost = 739.20 Gross Profit = 184.80,
Employee 1 = 50%
Employee 2 = 50%

Total Eligible Amount sould be= 184.80 split 50/50 between Employee 1 and Employee 2.

Howdy, Stranger!
