Commission Schedules Results Limited?

I created a commission schedule with the following filters:

commission on: sales
per: tranaction line item
categorized by: items
eligible amount: collections
calculation scale: flat rate

When I go to try and edit it the list of items that comes up is limited and doesn't show the items I want to get to and there is no way to go to the next page of items or anything like that. How do I change this?
