Can't use Mass update to update price level based on cost

I am trying to update our price levels called reseller 1, reseller 2, and reseller 3, based on Entered Cost, when you switch from Based on Existing Price to Entered Cost (or any of the cost fields) the price levels all gray out except for Base Price. Any suggestions appreciated, this was one of the most anticipated new features in 11 for us.
