Cost of sales randomly changes for closed periods
Hello fellow users,
has anyone experienced a problem where the cost of sales for a closed period changes for no obvious reason?
Or in another instance, the cost of sales changes because a bill credit for inventory items was applied to open invoices?
This is crucial because the CR to COGS has a DR impact on inventory messing up the cost of sales of open periods.
I have opened an issue with NS and got a closed-no fix planned notification. This is ridiculous because it is a fact that January financial statements have changed and the correct status quo cannot be reinstated.
