Ordering of columns on picking tickets

Is there any way to somehow ORDER the Item column on picking tickets, so that if the warehouse is organized by item #, the picker doesn't have to run back and forth all around the warehouse in order to fill an order.

How have people been getting around this issue to try to keep picking efficiency up?  If Netsuite supported putting product into bins, and then sorting by bins code that would be fantastic as well.

Any ideas?
