Inventory Adjustment - 0 Qty but Showing a Value?

I am doing some inventory adjustments for the end of the year and I have a bunch of Assembly Items that in Netsuite shows "0" Qty, but has a Value of "-.01" or "0.05" or "-0.02".  I am not sure if it is affecting inventory items yet.

What is frustrating is that some of these assemblies we have never even have a history on.  They are new assembly items that we recently have just entered but have not produced any product yet???

What is additinally weird is that we never have a fractions of an assembly.  Our assemblies are always whole numbers.
