How to fix negative quantities for inventory distribution?

I have a client who switched to multi-location inventory and I was the lucky stiff who manually distributed 4000+ items.

Unfortunately some of the quantities are negative (they were using "Ignore Commitments") and I can't find any way to fix these. Adjustments don't work and I can't distribute negative quantities.

Any clues for me?
