Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

How can I tell when NetSuite's Backend is Still Updating?
I had a heart attack this afternoon when, after updating some inventory transactions from a year ago we ended up with a part number that had 0 quantity and a $5K balance. We tried everything we could think of to force NetSuite to update (editing various related transactions), but NetSuite didn't update. After several hours NetSuite sorted itself out and the erroneous $5K inventory balance magically disappeared.
How am I supposed to know when NetSuite is still updating the database backend, and when NetSuite thinks it is finished? Is there an administrator function where I can press a button and force NetSuite to immediately process all pending backend calculations and tell me when it is complete? I really don't want to go to press with my financials not knowing whether or not they are in flux.
