Cannot update or add new assemblies

When I update an existing assembly, or try to enter a new one, I keep getting the following error message: "Please provide values for the following fields in the locations list: Location".
   I have entered values for build points and preferred stock levels for each of our locations, and we have no location call "Location". This has just happened in the last two days; has anyone else seen this? I have entered Case 635557 with NetSuite. This is just occuring with our assemblies items; inventory items still work fine. Unfortunately most of our inventory are assemblies, and right now we cannot enter any new assembly items. We need to enter several each day!!!
