Restricting Customer/Sales Rep View of items

I am trying to restrict item views (when inputing sales order, etc) to a brand.  We sell three brands of product (same products labeled differently).  I have set each individual product with three SKUs (eg 0010-TA, 0010-NG, etc.) denoting their brand as well as having each brand (e.g. Tuff-Act Products, Naviguard Products, etc.) as pricing group.  The products also each have about 6 price levels.  I am trying to set it up so when a customer orders on the web or a sales rep opens a customer record to enter a sales order all that is seen is the brand
