Error Message's Go Back Deletes All Entered Information on Form
When receiving an error after adding a new inventory item, the go back button deletes all the information that was entered for that item. :eek:
For example, if you enter an existing Item Id you get the following message:
There is already an item with that name.
. Go back, change the name and resubmit.
When you click the go back or click the back button in the browser, it takes you to a blank inventory form. None of the submitted information is on the form.
To save users from loosing a lot of work, you can tell them to enter an itemid, save, then complete the rest of the form...
