Credit Memos do NOT show in item record transaction history
We have been using Credit Memos to process customer returns of sellable goods. All the GL transactions work fine, and the inventory items are updated correctly, but the Credit Memo transaction does NOT show in the item history on the item record. Why not? Am I missing something?
The Credit Memo transactions DO show on the "Inventory Activity Detail" report, but my users get confused while looking at the inventory record transaction history trying to figure out why item quantities suddenly increase with no apparent transactions.
