Importing Bins

We're implementing Bin Management at all 3 of our locations, and as such I've made a matrix of bin locations (eg. A1A, A1B, etc.).  The smallest location has 300 bins.

Does the import CSV function have the ability to import bin numbers?

Everytime I try to import it, all I get is an error

This error pops up prior to me being able to field map.

The CVS file essentially contains:

BinName
A1A
A1B
A1C
..etc..
