How to incorporate inventory turnover stats into Order Items screen?

edited Nov 26, 2019 8:40AM in Accounting / ERP 7 comments

Hi,

I would appreciate any suggestions on how to incorporate inventory turnover stats (turnover rate, avg days on hand) into the Order Items screen.  I know how to create custom fields, but do not see that these fields are sourceable.

Background:  It is becoming increasingly more difficult as we expand our SKU's to manage ordering from the multitude of critical reports (Inventory Turnover Report, Current Inventory Status, Order Items).

It would be ideal to have an input screen by inventory category tree that would let you see how your SKU's are performing and allow you to adjust preferred stocking level and reorder points within the same screen.  Also, another big time saver would be to make the SKU's clickable (SKU's are not currently clickable within the Order Items screen -- must go to search and copy/paste, which is extremely cumbersome for thousands of SKU's).

Howdy, Stranger!
