Contacts Not Showing up in Sales Order Relationships Tab

Presently only contacts with a role set to Primary show up in the Relationships Tab in a Sales Order.  Is there a preference that I am missing that will show all contacts in the Sales Order Relationships Tab?

Does anyone think that only showing the primary contact (of which there can only be 1) in a multi-record subform makes any business sense?
