"On Hand by Bin" and "Bin Replenishment" Reports - How to?

Hello all,
New to Netsuite and posting my first question here, hoping to receive great advice! Appreciate your time and help in advance!

Scenario:
1. I don't have a separate warehouse management system (WMS) and am managing my inventory by bin location in Netsuite. I enabled advanced inventory management.
2. I am short of space in my warehouse and therefore have same item in several bin locations.
3. Ground level (level 1) is the picking location and levels on top are reserve and excess stock.
4. Some items are not marked with a preferred bin location
5. Some items are not associated with bin location
6. Bin numbering scheme: Level.Aisle.Bay (eg. 1.3.5)
