Automatically populate data in transactions

Hi all,

I am trying to understand how to fill data in transactions, such as Inventory Transfer and Transfer Order automatically.
The idea is to create new transactions based on Sales Order. We would like to keep tracking of the inventory at our client site (since the equipment is still ours - Assets)

Our orders include many lines and it will take a lot of time to re-create all lines for each transaction.
I hoped to have a similar process for the item fulfillment, where the transactions I mentioned suppose to fulfill the order.

Is there a simple way to do it?
