Foercast reports in OneWorld

Anyone have any ideas? 

We have a OneWorld account with two subsidiaries, in the Forecast v actual report footer filter "Subsidiary context" it displays this dropdown.

Consolidated Parent Company
       > >Child Subsidiary

On forecast v Actual reporting in the subsidiary context field I can select only a consolidated report or a report defined for the child subsidiary.  It doesn't allow to filter by root subsidiary only.

When I run a financial report the footer filter "Subsidiary context" it displays all three as it should be

Consolidated
   >Root subsidiary
   >Child subsidiary

I have given this to Netsuite support and they have labeled it a defect and I haven't received any feedback on resolution.  This seems to me to be a big deal for OneWorld customers that bought Netsuite to view Forecast reports by subsidiary.
