Transaction Line Allocation Status

I'm trying to create an ODBC sales order report which needs the 'allocation status' of each line, eg Qty Allocated, Qty Back Ordered (and preferably the 'Commit Info')

I don't think this is possible - can anyone confirm either (or an alternate) way?
