Multiple PayPal Payflow Pro gateways

A few months ago we added a PayPal Payflow Pro Gateway to process credit cards. It works fine. We recently added a second PayPal Payflow Pro account. Each gateway is attached to a different bank account. When we process a credit card payment thru one account/gateway, the transaction goes thru the other one. The partner names are identical (assigned by PayPal), user log ins are different. PayPal says they believe that Netsuite can take only one Gateway. They think that it has something to do with their (Payflow Pro) cookies gobbling the other. Any info will be appreciated.
