Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

All NetSuite-based merchants at extreme fraud risk!
Folks,
According to the information I have received from NetSuite technical support, the implementation of credit card processing is not as advanced as the tools provided by the Merchants themselves in terms of fraud prevention.
We are using Cybersource, and as far as I can tell NetSuite's implementation of their API does not send either the customer's IP address OR the billing address.
To our shock and horror, we have realized that turning on our Netsuite store will represent a huge step backward for us. We currently use CyberSource's "Decision Manager" to do all kinds of clever fraud analysis on incoming orders. Automated fraud screening tools are the only way we can survive with the volume of orders we're taking ... and the implementation does not utilize all the tools provided by CyberSource rendering them all un-usable!
