Direct Sales Request
Hi all,
We are trying to set up Direct Sales Request with WorldPay so that cash exchanges hands immediately when the Sales Order is produced, but we are encountering an error.
com.netledger.core.record.query.NLRecordValidation $InvalidReferenceKeyUserError: Invalid creditcardprocessor reference key 2.
We've followed all the instructions on the Help Center page and believe we have this set up correctly. Reference key 2 is referring to the WorldPay credit card processing record we've set up that has the "Authorization" option unchecked. WorldPay works correctly when "Authorization" is checked, but obviously the Customer Deposit records do not get automatically generated and billed. We also have the "Enable Sale Payment Operations on a Sales Order by Automatically Creating a Customer Deposit" checkbox checked under Accounting Setup.
