Transaction Status for Cash Refund
Hi,
I am not sure of the expected behavior of the status field for a Cash Sale being refunded, however, I would expect that after the refund is created that the status of the Cash Sale would show "Refunded" instead of "Deposited" or "Not Deposited". If you are to look at just the refunded Cash Sale, how can you tell if it has been refunded or not since it's not linked to the refund and the status doesn't reflect the refund? Is the status supposed to change on the Cash Sale after the refund has been completed?
