Item Transfers

Is there a way to automate the Transfer of Inventory from one location to another?   A client of ours has thousands of unique items that they will be transferring to multiple locations, and the current method for Inventory Transfer in the UI is too time consuming for them to use since it would require thousands of Mouse clicks for a single move. 

They are using Multi Location Inventory.

If we could update the on Hand Qty for a given location that would meet the client needs.
