how to get the Id from help center
Hi,
i came across some script and implemented and its working fine. But i am not able to find from where the Id was taken. Here is the snap of the code
var stSupportEmail = nlapiGetFieldValue('custentity_sdm_support_email');
if(stSupportEmail == ''){
var stEmail = nlapiGetFieldValue('email');
nlapiSetFieldValue('custentity_sdm_support_email',stEmail);
}
In the code can anyone tell from where 'email' in the above code came. I know we have to look in help center but i am not recollecting from where to get it.
