crossdomain.xml for Flash access to the SuiteTalk webservice

Hey all I recently built a prototype store locator that connects to Net Suite via the Suite Talk web service.  It works great on my computer, however due to the new security restrictions flash has implemented any web service that Flash connects to must have a crossdomain.xml file in order to access the service. 

I need to know how to submit a request to the developers to put one of these on the web server that hosts the service.
