SuiteTalk Error on Add new Vendor Bill.

Hi,
I'm trying to add a new Vendor Bill to Netsuite by initializing the vendor bill for a Purchase order. The Initialization was successful. However when Im trying to add() it with the following Soap request, Im getting an error:

"Record is an abstract type and cannot be instantiated"

I don't see where I'm going wrong.




Can anyone shed some light please?
