Unexpected Error

Hi,

I need to integrate netsuite with a system that doesn't directly support java/.net/php and so have been experimenting with "hand writing" the soap calls cobbling together bits from the docs.

I've made some progress as the system was giving helpful error messages but I've come this last message and am not sure what is still wrong.  Can anyone help?  And, any chance of a rest-style api in the future?

Also, I couldn't find my account id as I don't have a "Support" menu after logging into netsuite.  Asked our admin who gave me one... does it apply to our company account, myself, or the "Wolfe Electronics" demo?  Just wondering if this is one of the problems.
