How to download attachments/files? (SuiteTalk API)

I'm trying to use the SOAP API to retrieve attachments related to Accounts. I don't see anything in the documentation and none the entities I would think to look at (notes, files, etc) contain attachments (What you see under Accounts > General > Files). Where do I find them with the API?
