[UNEXPECTED_ERROR] when setting email attachment using 2011.2 webservice

I'm using NetSuite 2011.2 soap to try to create an email with an attachment. Got this message:[Code=UNEXPECTED_ERROR] An unexpected error occurred. Error ID: h3g6hevtsho8huf16idy.
But with 2008.1, it can work well.
This error message is so general, so it can't help me to fix it.
Can anyone here have some ideas about it? Your help is very appreciated.
