InventoryDetailSearchBasic Assistance

I am trying to use InventoryDetailSearchBasic to return the list of Serial or Lot numbers that have been placed in a specific bin.  However whenever I send the request I get back an INVALID_RCRD_TYPE error and haven't been able to determine what values are expected as everything appears to match the WSDL specification for 2012.2

Here is the specific Web Service call that we are sending
