How can I authenticate to a server that needs a Certificate via Javascript?

I'm new using certificates. We were using nlapiRequestURL function before. But this new server needs a Certificate file. This Certificate is installed in my computer as a .pfx, when I access the WSDL link is working. I don't how I can authenticate using this certificate and if it's possible using JavaScript.

I'm having the following message: 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
