Getting error INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION in getSelectValueResponse

Hi,

I am getting error 'INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION' in response of getSelectValue(). I want to get recordRef of Term by passing field description in getSelectValue() method. Following are details from integration log.
