Gift Certificate on One Page Checkout

I have implemented Reference Cart One Page Check Out, its working well,

but when Gift Certificate is the only item in cart, it does not show any Shipping Method on Checkout Page; when I click on Next : Payment button following error message shows :

Cannot call method 'find' of undefined[].

Seeking prompt response.
