Hello,
Some time we get following error from Netsuite when we are trying to get customer using webservices get method:

2013-01-27 10:21:47,104 ERROR [STDERR] org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Attribute "actor" bound to namespace "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" was already specified for element "ns4:preferences".

Once above error occurred, all Netsuite web service call fails, and we have to restart our server.
